All prices per overnight stay in Euro, excl. Tourist Tax €1,10 per person per night.
A pitch is for: Caravan & Car; Tent & Car or Motor bike; Camper. Extras will be charged for separately.
Check-in times between 8.30am and 6.30pm. If the expected arrival time is after 6.00pm please advise the reception per telephone before 5.00pm on the day of arrival.
All new guests should present themselves to the reception with a valid ID.
Check-out between 8.30am and 11.00am. A full nights rate will be charged for departures after 11.00am.
Power is not included in the daily rental price.

In high season bungalows can be booked for a minimum stay of 6 nights, outside high season for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Noi Due can be booked for a minimum stay of 3 nights
Discount bungalow (excl. Noi Due) : 1 night free from 6 nights of stay. 2 nights free from 14 nights of stay.
Check in from 3.00pm until 6.30pm on arrival date. Reception must be informed by phone prior if arrival time is expected to be later than 6.00pm
Check out and departure between 8.30am and 09.00am.
The rest amount of the whole invoice should be paid upon arrival, together with a deposit of € 100,00 in cash. The deposit will be returned in full on departure if the bungalow/Noi Due is left in a clean and orderly manner and the power charges have been paid.
Power is not included in the daily rental price. The electric meter is read upon arrival and prior to departure and then invoiced at € 0,50 per kWh.
A fee of € 35,00 is charged for the final cleaning and should be paid separately upon arrival.
Each bungalow has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin), kitchen, bedroom(s) and a veranda. They are fully furnished, and decked with air conditioning/heating, hot and cold water, barbecue, clothes dryer stand and blankets.
Bed linen is included and comprises: sheets and pillow cases, large and small towels, per person/bed. Changes will be charged with € 8,00 per person/bed.
NOI DUE, for max. 2 persons, does NOT have a bathroom, kitchen or other furnishment. This wooden ridge tent is equipped with a round double bed, small table, 2 chairs and plug connection. Only sheets, pillows and pillow cases are provided.
Pets are not allowed in the bungalows/Noi Due.
It is not allowed to have more persons per bungalow/Noi Due than authorized by the Management. There is no discount applicable in the event of less persons arriving than originally booked.
