Booking Conditions Pitches

Bookings can be made for a stay of minimum 4 nights. A down payment is required. All further communications are to be made by e-mail.

The pitch will be assigned by the management. Our internal organisational procedures do not allow us to designate specific pitch numbers, but we do our best to take into account the wishes of all our guests.
All communications and/or requests to change the reservation (regarding dates of arrival and/or departure, number of persons etc.) are to be made by e-mail.
In case of a cancellation you will forfeit the deposit ( € 100,00 per pitch + in case of a buoy reservation € 100,00 per buoy). In case of a partial cancellation, the management can forfeit a part of the deposit.
In case of no-show on the reserved day and no advice by telephone or email, the pitch and deposit will be deemed forfeited at 08:00am on the following morning.
In case of a change of date we cannot guarantee the same pitches or pitch categories.
We would also like to point out that at the end of your holiday the bill will be made up according to your confirmation. Whether you arrive later than planned, depart earlier or in case you leave the campsite during the booked period, without exception, the entire reservation will be charged as confirmed (pitch, persons, buoy and any other extra’s).
It is not possible to compensate an earlier or later arrival with an earlier or later departure.
For this reason it is important that you plan your holiday well and ensure your arrival and departure dates are correct.
In case you arrive later or depart earlier than confirmed in your reservation, the management reserves the right to rent the pitch to other guests, without the possibility of a refund of any kind.
The pitch price includes: 1 Caravan + 1 Standard sized car or 1 Tent + 1 Standard sized car or 1 Campervan. All should fit inside of the pitch demarcation. Extras will be charged for separately. You can find our pricelist with prices per night here.
The bill is to be paid one day before departure, before 5:00 pm.
The camp site must be left by 11:00am on the day of departure.

Booking Conditions Bungalow

The chalets are rented during high season for a minimum stay of 6 nights, outside high season a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. A down payment is required. All further communications are to be made by e-mail.

Our internal organizational procedures do not allow us to designate specific chalets, but we do our best to take into account the wishes of all our guests.
Check in: from 03:00pm on date of arrival.
Check out: by 09:00am on day of departure (returning the keys and leaving the campsite).
The balance should be paid upon arrival. You can find the Price per Night per Chalet here.
Upon arrival a deposit of € 100,00 in CASH is also required. The deposit will be returned in full on departure if the Chalet is left in a clean and orderly fashion and the power charges have been paid.
The one-time fee for cleaning expenses amount to € 35,00. This fee does not exempt the client from leaving the bungalow in an orderly manner (dishes, pots and cooking hob, sweeping the floor ).
Power is not included in the rental price. The electric meter is read upon arrival and prior to departure and then charged (€ 0,25 p/kWh).
In case of cancellation the deposit is forfeited (€ 250,00 p/chalet p/week + in case of a buoy reservation € 100,00 per buoy). In case of a partial cancellation, the management can forfeit a part of the deposit.
In case of no-show on the reserved day and no-advice by telephone or email on the reserved day, the deposit and chalet will be deemed forfeited at 08:00 am on the following morning.
We would also like to point out that the bill will be made up according to your confirmation. Therefore please double check that your arrival and departure dates are correct.
It is not possible to compensate an earlier or later arrival with an earlier or later departure.
It is not allowed to have more persons per Chalet than authorized by the management.
There is no discount applicable in the event of less persons arriving than originally booked.
House pets are not permitted in the Chalets.

Booking conditions "NOI DUE"

Bookings can be made for a stay of minimum 3 nights for maximum 2 persons. A down payment is required. All further communications are to be made by e-mail.

“NOI DUE” is equipped with a round double bed, small table, 2 chairs and plug connection. Unlike our Chalets, the wooden ridge tent does NOT have a bathroom, kitchen or other furnishment. One should bring everything as when one goes on holiday with a tent. Only bedclothes are included.

Check-in: from 03:00pm on date of arrival.
Check-out: by 09:00am on day of departure (returning the keys and leaving the campsite).
The balance should be paid upon arrival, together with a one-time € 35,00 fee for cleaning expenses. You can find the Price for “NOI DUE“ per night, including 2 persons here.

In case of no-show on the reserved day and no advice by telephone or email on the reserved day, the deposit and “NOI DUE“ will be deemed forfeited at 08:00am on the following morning.
We would also like to point out that all reserved nights will be charged, whether you arrive later than planned or depart earlier than planned. Therefore please double check that your arrival and departure dates are correct.
It is not allowed to have more persons in “NOI DUE“ than authorized by the management.
There is no discount applicable if only 1 person occupies “NOI DUE“.
Pets are not permitted in “NOI DUE“.
